We analyzed that PPL give what kind of effect on to Cognitive, Emotional tourism destination image. In other words, we took linear regression analysis to know the Cognitive, Emotional tourism destination image depending on PPL effect. Through the variable calculation, we got the mean of PPL effect. We set this to
emotional conflicts rather than fundamental problems. Negotiations did not go well due to excessive emotional confrontations between people to solve the problems. Thus, our group are going to analyze the process of the negotiations during focusing on these essential problems and conflicts between people. We suggested three sub-variables in our analysis.
